Our Lady’s Pantry thanks the Interfaith Council for generous $10,000 gift!

“The Interfaith Council has been supporting Our Lady’s Pantry for many years, helping us to purchase our first truck in 2008, then funding many tons of food thereafter,” says director Tom Bullaro.  “

“This money ensures that we will be able to purchase whatever food we need to fight hunger in this community for many weeks to come.”

The primary mission of the Interfaith Council is to support programs and activities that enrich the lives of residents and organizations within the Sun City Center community.  Over the years, the cooperation of nine houses of worship, dedicated Nearly New Shop volunteers, caring donors, and faithful customers of the Nearly New Shop have made possible this donation today to Our Lady’s Pantry.

“If you shop at the Nearly New Shop, you have contributed to this donation,” says Bullaro.
