Need stretches Our Lady's Pantry resources
The demand for food among the poor is so high at Our Lady's Pantry, that we have had to limit our weekly distribution to the 1,800 clients currently registered.
“Clients who have registered with us at any time in the past should keep coming back for food,” says Tom Bullaro, director of the Pantry. “So long as you are already registered — even if you don't come often — we can still give you a big box of food.
“If you have never been to the Pantry, but are in need, we can give you a bag of groceries, so you will not leave empty handed.
“We are waiting for approval from the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg to build a new Pantry with plenty of space to store food, so we can accommodate all among us who are in need.”
